Alex and his men came over to hang and mud drywall for a bedroom project I was working on. They finished fast and the walls looked great. A whole month later, as I was finishing up the room, I noticed a small issue with an outlet. The outlet cutout was ever so slightly visible with the plate on. I called Alex up as soon as I noticed and he said he'd come over the very next day to fix the issue. I couldn't believe that he was coming so quickly. Literally, I've had contractors tell me numerous times they'd come back over, and then ghost me. We all know as soon as contractors get their money, they're almost certainly not coming back. Empire is a cut above the rest because they'll do good work, and if there's any problem at all, they'll stand by it and make sure the job is finished. A quality you won't find with most in this business.
